Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into long‑term business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure—with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers across industries.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Delivery, Recruitment, Leadership teams) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documents tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent pipeline management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong client conversion skills with a demonstrated record of closing deals and generating revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work with multiple internal clients/stakeholders, handle cross‑functional coordination, and align efforts across teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client management.
  • High level of ownership, resilience, and target-driven mindset.
  • Candidates from staffing, recruitment agencies, or workforce solutions companies are highly preferred, given the fast-paced and client‑centric environment.
