We’re looking for a passionate Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to join our growing team. If you thrive in solving complex technical challenges and enjoy driving enterprise-scale transformation projects, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 technical design and development (X++, C#, SSRS, BI).
- Involved in 2–3 full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in technical roles.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (R2/R3) and D365 F&O.
- Development experience with Visual Studio, .NET, and Azure tools.
Expertise in:
- Code/data upgrades to latest Dynamics 365 releases
- Complex data migrations using DIXF, custom tools, or third-party platforms
- Integration development (Web services, DIXF, .NET apps, OData, SOAP, REST, JSON, SSIS, Azure Logic Apps)
- Performance optimization of X++ code, SQL, and overall D365 components
- Environment & Release Management (ALM, TFS, build & deployment processes, LCS)
- Familiarity with two or more functional areas: Finance, Trade & Logistics, Warehouse Management, Sales, Marketing, Production, Manufacturing, etc.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific best practices and business process development.
- Ability to estimate, prioritize, and deliver tasks effectively under deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience leading projects or technical teams in Dynamics 365 delivery.
- Ability to evaluate customer requirements and produce technical designs and documentation.
- Working knowledge of Azure Cloud Services and cloud environment management.
- Strong understanding of Lifecycle Services (LCS), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and delivery tools.
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to anticipate and mitigate technical issues proactively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a continuous learning mindset.
